FOUNDER AND CEO
Peggy has been active in the commercial real estate and investment industries for nearly 30 years. She worked at Circle Road Companies for 24 years until retiring as Vice President in 2014. At Circle Road she was engaged in a myriad of real estate development projects as well as managing non real estate venture capital funding. In 2014 she founded Artful Giving, an Arizona non-profit which uses art for the greater good. Through Artful Giving she has dedicated thousands of hours using her time, talent and resources for charities including UMOM, notMYkid, Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels, Comfycozys for Chemo, First Place AZ, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Assistance League of Phoenix and many more. Peggy also served on the Addiction Awareness Committee for the State of Arizona and currently serves on the Maricopa County Commission for Trial Court Appointments.
Laura Olsen
DIRECTOR OF SCHOLARSHIPS
Laura has a strong background in non-profit marketing, media relations, and small business management. She adds an eclectic range of knowledge to GK Legacy as her experience ranges from being the communication liaison for a non-profit in Houston to representing a large investment firm in Abu Dhabi. After traveling all over the United States and spending three years in the Middle East, she's happy to be back in Arizona working towards truly making a difference in people's lives through higher education.
Kaytie Rifley
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
& MEDIA RELATIONS
Prior to joining GK Legacy, Kaytie was a development and marketing executive in the commercial real estate industry. She also has an extensive background in event planning and execution. Kaytie is a native of Arizona and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two golden retrievers.
Celena Tice
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Celena joined our team as our volunteer Accounting Manager. She has worked in the commercial real estate industry for most of her career. For the last ten years she has worked for the development firm, Circle Road Companies, where she currently runs their daily operations. Circle Road has graciously agreed to donate part of Celena’s workday to help us here at GK Legacy.

David Bruner
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
David is a graduate of Arizona State University with an undergraduate degree in Business/Real Estate (1975) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (1976). He is the owner/President of Circle Road Companies which specialized in commercial development and investments. David has served on a number of local boards, both for various municipalities as well as philanthropically dedicating time and financial resources to the nonprofit community. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Bruner Family Foundation and currently serves as a Board of Regent for Brophy College Preparatory, and recently was a Director at First Scottsdale Bank serving on Audit/Compliance and Governance Committees.

Britney not only brings a wealth of administrative experience to the table, but she is also one of GK's eight grandchildren. She is responsible for the day to day operations of our office and she oversees all scholarship applications.

Rosa Pace
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Rosa was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to the States in 2013. She became a U.S. citizen in 2019 where she now works as a Personal Assistant. She is dedicated to giving back to the community, and not only volunteers her time to GK Legacy, but also to Artful Giving. She works tirelessly to make sure all of our volunteer needs are taken care of.
